Koenig Equipment Online Return Policy


Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of used agricultural and heavy equipment, returns are governed by specific policies to ensure fairness and clarity.


1. Eligibility for Return

Only used equipment purchased directly from Koenig Equipment qualifies for return consideration.​
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.​
Returned equipment must be in the same condition as delivered, without additional wear, damage, or modifications.​


2. Inspection Requirement
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect equipment upon receipt.​
If equipment is materially different from the sales agreement, including undisclosed major defects, notify Koenig Equipment immediately with supporting documentation such as photos, videos, or inspection reports.​


3. Return Approval & Freight
All returns require prior written authorization from Koenig Equipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.​
Customer pays return freight for all returns.​


4. Parts Returns
Stocked parts may be returned free of charge up to 30 days after purchase; after 30 days, a charge of 15% will be deducted from the credit.
Special order parts returned within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge; no credit will be issued for special order parts returned after 30 days.


5. Non-Returnable Equipment
Equipment sold “as-is” or “final sale” is not eligible for return.​
Machinery that has been operated extensively or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.​
