A few weeks ago I needed some work done in my tractor so asked Koenig to come out and look at it. Aaron was efficient and knowledgeable. While we waited for a part to be delivered we talked about issues and questions I had. Even though I've had the tractor for years I learned a bunch from Aaron. I later needed a few attachments. Josh had a tiller I liked. He held it for me while I had a flail mower from another dealer delivered to Koenig. It was a brand they don't carry so i bought it online. Angie, the service manager, accepted delivery and did some light assembly. With those two attachments ready to be delivered, I asked Josh to throw on a pallet fork attachment. All the items arrived in good order. Tom unloaded them, making sure they were ready to go and stowing them in the barn in the area I indicated. It was a great help and the whole team worked to make sure i had a great experience.
